In order for this to be a functioning facility, we are asking for donations to bring our property up to code. This includes a paved parking lot with handicap features, retention pond, lighting and landscaping.

The Sandy Rico Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive space for people on the spectrum and with disabilities. We offer a wide range of activities, from birthday parties, movie nights and karaoke (FREE OF CHARGE) and so much more. Our mission is to address the lack of resources and activities available for parents and individuals with spectrum and disability challenges within the community.

To all the parents and caregivers out there — we see you. We know how heavy your hearts can feel when you bring your loved one somewhere new, wondering, “Will they be understood? Will they be safe? What if they have a meltdown or a tough day?” At our facility, you can breathe easy. This is a place where quirks are celebrated, not corrected. Where no one is judged for needing extra support, a little space, or a different way of communicating. Acting out isn’t seen as a problem, it’s seen as communication, and it’s met with compassion and patience. Our team is trained, experienced, and most importantly, deeply passionate about creating a loving, inclusive environment where your loved one is accepted exactly as they are, every single day. You don’t need to explain. You don’t need to apologize. And you definitely don’t need to worry. Here, your family is safe, supported, and surrounded by people who truly care.
